Dried bean leaves
Ingredients
- 1 cup of dried bean leaves
- 1 tomato
- water
- 1 cup of powdered groundnuts
- cooking oil (optional)
- 1 medium onion
- Salt to taste
Method
- Remove stalks from the dried bean leaves
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes
- Add tomato, onion and the powdered groundnuts
- Mix continuously until groundnuts are cooked
Serve with nshima.
